  • Regular Dusting: Use a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dust and dirt. Regular dusting helps maintain the shine and prevents dulling.
  • Avoid Water Exposure: Brass can tarnish with prolonged exposure to moisture. Keep your brass items dry, especially in humid areas. If they do get wet, wipe them immediately with a dry cloth.
  • Mild Cleaning Solution: For light cleaning, mix a small amount of mild soap with lukewarm water. Gently wipe the brass surface with a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking brass items in water.
  • Polish Sparingly: Brass develops a natural patina over time. If you prefer a polished look, you can use a brass polish occasionally. Apply a small amount with a soft cloth and gently rub in circular motions. Be careful not to over-polish, as this can wear down the brass over time.
  • Natural Cleaning Alternatives: For a natural clean, use a paste of lemon juice and baking soda. Apply the paste to the brass, gently rub it in, and rinse with water. Be sure to dry the item immediately.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or ammonia-based products, as they can damage the brass and remove its natural finish.

Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days, and you will receive tracking information once your item is dispatched.

Return and Refund

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a different item than what you ordered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item arrived damaged.

Our return policy applies within 5 days of receiving your product for issues like damage, defects, or incorrect items. To begin the return process, email us at admin@thebrasscompany.com with photos and a mandatory video of you opening the parcel to verify the damage or mistake. Our Quality Control team will then evaluate the issue, and if approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. After receiving the returned item, we will send a replacement, typically within 2-3 business days.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

To ensure a smooth return process, we ask all customers to record an unboxing video when opening their package. This helps confirm any damage during shipping.

Please note, we currently do not offer cash refunds; replacements are provided instead.
