At The Brass Company(Operated by Suman Saxena), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products. Despite our thorough quality checks, if you find any issues with your purchase, our return policy is here to assist you.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. You received an item different from what you ordered.
  2. The product has a manufacturing defect.
  3. The item arrived damaged.

Return Procedure

Our return policy is applicable within 5 days of receiving your product for issues such as damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items.

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at admin@thebrasscompany.com with photos and parcel opening video(mandatory) of the damaged/incorrect item.
  2. Evaluation: Our Quality Control team will assess the return eligibility.
  3. Approval: Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item.
  4. Replacement: We will dispatch the correct item once we receive the returned product. This process typically takes 2-3 working days.

Unboxing Video(Required)

To ensure the return process goes smoothly, we ask our customers to record a video while opening their parcel. This video helps verify any damage that may have occurred during transit.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for now. Refunds are only available as product replacements.
